Youth Group Interest Form for Children and Families

Dear Parishioners,
We are excited to begin gathering interest from families whose children may wish to join our
youth group. The youth group will be a wonderful opportunity for our young people to grow in
faith, build friendships, serve our community, and take part in church life in a meaningful way.
Youth Group will be meeting for 6th through 12th grades on the first Sunday of each month,
from 5-7pm, food will be provided.
